I didn't like that I ran out of pinned messages on my gamedev discord so I've started putting those scoops on a website on the internet instead:

http://www.unrealscoops.com

so that now, instead of being a static website, it pulls the scoop list from my forum at Impromptu Dot Zone (http://impromptu.zone). So you can now submit your own scoops via the forum.
